Chassis #8109GT was produced in September 1965 as a series II 330 GT. Delivery specifications: left-hand drive, European model with instruments in miles, optioned with power windows and Campagnolo steel wheels. Colors were Grigio Argento with Blue leather interior. Delivered new to Jacques Swaters' Garage Franchorchamps SA of Brussels, Belgium. Displayed by Garage Franchorchamps at their Brussels Motor Show stand in 1966. Then sold to a company named Installe & C. of Antwerp, Belgium. In the 1970's the car was exported from Belgium. Later advertised for sale by Roger Hartman of Florida in 1988. By 1990 the car was owned by Richard R. Cole of Santa Maria, CA who sold it in 1995 to Magnus Ahlqvist, owner of Motorima Coachbuilding Co. of Sweden.

In 1997 Motorima converted the 330GT to a 250 TR/61 Spider Corsa as homage to the Phil Hill 24 Hours of LeMans Winner and the Rodriguez brothers entry Chassis #0792 y #0794. Using the existing chassis, engine #6251 and a hand-built aluminum body utilizing factory drawings. In February 2008 the car was sold to Olav Medhus, owner of Autostrada Sport. Medhus campaigned the car in Norway with race #147. In 2010 Autostrada performed a complete engine out rebuild and mechanical overhaul which is photo documented with over 300 on file. A memory card of all restoration/service photos is included with the sale.

In 2014 the car was displayed at the Ferrari Club Annual Meet in The Netherlands before being sold to a collector in Houston, TX. Acquired in 2020 by the DriverSource Collection of Houston the TR61 would receive a major engine out service including a re-seal of the engine, rebuild of the radiator, cleaning of the carburetors, installation of Dynamat sound deadening, and dyno tuning. The seats and headrest received new upholstery and the entire car was detailed including a steam cleaning of the underside and engine compartment.
